Banana Cream Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
1 recipe Cream Puff Pastry
1 recipe Vanilla Tart Filling
4 med bananas, peeled and sliced
3 tsp lemon juice
1 cup frozen lowfat nondairy whipped topping
Directions
Prepare the cream puffs and Vanilla Tart Filling.
Bake the cream puffs.
Put the banana slices into a medium mixing bowl.
Pour the lemon juice over the bananas and toss to distribute the lemon juice evenly.
Add the pudding and mix.
Spoon this pudding mixture into the cream puffs.
Put the cream puff tops on and add a dollop of white topping.
Bake the cream puffs.
