Banana Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell | ||
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/3 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 to 4 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in additional ReaLemon and drained | ||
Directions
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla.
Line crust with 2 sliced bananas.
Pour filling over bananas; cover.
Chill 3 hours or until set.
Just before serving, arrange remaining banana slices on top of pie.
Refrigerate leftovers.
