Banana Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe banana | 1 Small | |
| 1 10 1/2-ounce package coffee cake mix | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
On cutting board, mash banana slightly with a fork. (Small banana will yield about 1/3 cup.)
Prepare coffee cake mix according to package directions, adding mashed banana with.milk and egg.
Pour batter into foil pan provided in package.
Sprinkle coffee cake batter with topping provided in mix package.
Top with chopped walnuts.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 25 to 30 minutes.
