| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in egg, banana extract, and banana until well blended.
2. Add flour mixed with baking powder and salt to sugar mixture and beat until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
3. Place teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, just until edges start to brown. Remove to a rack and let cool completely.
