 Whole wheat flour1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Pitted dates1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pecans and walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium-sized bowl beat together the bananas, butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir in the egg.
3. Mix together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, dates, and nuts. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Turn into an oiled 9-inch square baking pan.
4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cake tests done.
