Banana Cake Recipe
Banana Cake has a delicious taste. Banana Cake gets its taste from flour mixed with eggs and milk, flavored with vanilla. Banana Cake is inspired by many bakeries worldwide.
Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, well packed
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup bananas, mashed
1 cup milk
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Icing
1 1/3 cups icing sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt nuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Butter a 10 inch (25 cm) ring mold.
Set aside.
In a bowl, mix first 3 ingredients.
Stir in eggs and vanilla.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, sift dry ingredients.
Add to first mixture, alternating with bananas and milk.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake in oven 30-35 minutes.
Let cool.
Unmold onto a serving dish.
Set aside.
Icing In a bowl, sift icing sugar.
Fold in milk, vanilla extract and salt.
Pour icing over cake.
Decorate with chopped nuts.
