Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ripe medium-sized bananas
1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 1 1/2-quart loaf pan.
Mix eggs, cream, and oil together with a whisk or beater until well combined.
Set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Set aside.
Whip up the ripe bananas and sugar until watery.
Slowly pour the egg mixture into the sugared bananas, bit by bit.
Beat for 1 or 2 minutes.
Add the flour mixture and continue beating 1 or 2 minutes longer.
Pour batter into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until done.
