Ingredients

 Milkmaid Sweetened
 Condensed Milk 1/2 tin
 Maida2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt a pinch
 Baking powder1 Tablespoon
 Raisins50
 Walnuts 50gm, chopped
 Bananas (over ripe) 3-4, mashed
 Sugar 1 1/4 cups, powdered
 Eggs3 Small
 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
2)Take a bread mould (around 11" by 4 ½").Lightly grease it and sprinkle maida.

MAKING
3)In a bowl, sift maida with baking powder and baking soda..
4)Add in raisins and walnuts and mix.
5)In a wide bowl, finely mash the bananas with sugar.
6)Break in the eggs one by one and mix well.
7)Pour in Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk and oil into the banana mixture, whisking it continuously.
8)Fold in the maida mixture into it.
9)Transfer the mixture into the mould and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

SERVING
10)Remove from the oven and let it cool.
11)Slice and serve.
