Honey Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe bananas | 400 Gram, skinned | |
| 250 gms. self-raising flour | ||
| Butter | 130 Gram | |
| Brown sugar | 130 Gram | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Honey | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Orange rind | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| 1 tsp. nutmeg-cardamom powder | ||
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
• Mash the bananas in a glass bowl.
• Place the flour, butter and salt in another bowl and rub together with your fingers till it resembles breadcrumbs.
• Stir in the brown sugar, beaten eggs and honey with the mashed bananas. Also stir in the orange rind and nutmeg-cardamom powder.
• Place the mixture in a rectangular 1 kg. loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C. It will take about 1 1/4 hours. When ready, cool a little (5 mins.), remove on a wire rack and cool
