Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease a jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1".
Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, bananas, and vanilla thoroughly.
Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting.
Blend dry ingredients; stir into banana mixture.
Spread in prepared pan.
