Hi Snigdha! This is an interesting banana bajji recipe. I liked the fact that the recipe uses wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour. Down south, we also use besan with a pinch of turmeric as the batter to fry banana. This variety looks more bright yellow in color. We ignore butter and substitute sugar for honey. It;s locally called pazhampori, more like fritters. :) Do try this out if u like it, will be trying your recipe too!
