Ingredients

 4 very ripe bananas.
 Eggs3 Small
 Cocoa powder100 Gram
 150g castor sugar
 Rice flour150 Gram
 Splash of vanilla
 100g chocolare chips
 100g of dried cranberries / sultanas / currents / chopped dates - whatever you fancy.

Directions

Preheat oven to 200 c

Mash bananas and beat the eggs - use a food processor if you have one.
Add all the other ingrediants except choc chips and blend together until you have a very smooth batter. Stir in choc chips and fruit.
Pour into a greased, lined cake tin.

Spoon into cake tin. Put in oven and turn oven down to 130 c. Cook for 3/4 hour then check with a skewer. Cake should be sticky but firm. Allow to cool down before turning out of tin.

Eat with ice cream.
