Banana And Chocolate Cream Recipe
Ingredients
4 bananas
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbs. caster sugar
2 oz. grated chocolate
1/4 pt. double cream
Vanilla essence
Glace cherries
Directions
Mash the bananas with a fork and add the sugar, cream, and vanilla essence to taste.
Add the lemon juice and mix well.
Put in individual dishes and cover the top with a layer of grated chocolate.
Decorate with glace cherries and serve cold, but do not put it in the refrigerator.
