Banana Ambrosia Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| Coconut Topper | ||
| 2 cups packaged biscuit mix | ||
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ripe banana | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Spread Coconut Topper over bottom of 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
Combine biscuit mix and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Stir in banana, egg, and melted butter.
Beat vigorously 1 minute.
Spoon half the batter over coconut in mold.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with the cinnamon and butter; sprinkle over batter.
Cover with remaining batter.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) 20 minutes or till done.
Insert to un-mold.
