Bami Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small head very young cabbage, chopped | ||
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup slivered cooked pork | ||
| 1 pound shrimp, cooked and peeled | ||
| Vermicelli | 4 Ounce, uncooked | |
Directions
Fry cabbage, green onions, celery and garlic in butter for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add pork and shrimp; heat through.
Meanwhile, cook vermicelli according to package directions; drain.
Serve cabbage mixture over the vermicelli.
