Directions

GETTING READY:
1. Preheat the ovet oven to 300 degrees.

MAKING:
2. For the Chicken: Add some salt, pepper and rosemary to the chicken breasts.
3. In a pan, heat some olive pan and add the chicken breasts to cook.
4. Flip the chicken cooking in the pan and pour some of the glaze sauce over it.
5. For the Broccoli: Add 2 tablespoons butter and a dash of salt to the boiled broccoli and mix.
6. For the Garlic Bread: Add a tablespoon of margarine, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mint garlic, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of Rosemary and mix well.
7. Spread the mix over the French bread and bake for 15 minutes.
8. For the glaze sauce: Add a ΒΌ cup of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a tablespoon of honey, zest of half a lemon and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of mint garlic, 1 teaspoon thyme and 2 teaspoons rosemary and bring to boil.
9. Let the sauce simmer and thicken.
10. Pour some sauce over the chicken breasts and continue cooking.

SERVING:
10. Plate a portion of garlic bread and a serving of broccoli.
11. Place the cooked chicken breasts on the plate and pour more of the balsamic glaze sauce over it. Bon Appetite.
