1/3 cup chopped, cooked white fish
 
1/4 cup shredded Muenster cheese
 
1 shallot, minced
 
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
 
1/2 teaspoon thyme
 
2 teaspoons toasted wheat germ
 
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
 
2 radishes, thinly sliced
 
12 watercress leaves

Directions

Mash the fish and cheese together in a blender on medium speed or in a food processor.
Place in a small bowl with the shallots, marjoram, and thyme and mix well.
Form 12 balls and roll each in wheat germ and parsley to cover.
Spear each ball with a toothpick and add a radish slice and watercress leaf.
