baked ziti Recipe

I loved the delicious flavors of the Ziti when I first had it. This is what motivated me to go ahead and try it. Turned out to be absolutely amazing.Ziti cooked with beef, tomatoes and topped with my favorite ...cheese...just not able to have enough of it. Yummmm....

For me Italian food was always pizza but Ziti is a great option for a lovely meal.

Ingredients

 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Ziti250 Gram
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Ground beef1 Pound
 Canned tomato30 Ounce, crushed
 Grated sharp cheddar cheese1 Pound
 Italian seasoning1 Teaspoon
 Crushed tomatoes2 Can (20 oz) (large cans)
 Grated parmesan cheese1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
 Pepper red10 Gram
 Red pepper flakes1 Pinch

Directions

Preheat oven on 350 degree F.Boil Ziti in salted water.Cook it slightly not too much since Ziti will cook further when you bake it.In a pan heat some oil & saute beef,add salt,seasoning & pepper.Once Ziti is cooked spread it out in a greased baking dish.Add tomatoes & cheddar cheese in beef.Pour beef mixture over cooked Ziti in the baking dish.Top it up with Parmesan cheese.Bake Ziti & beef in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.Take the dish out once the cheese is cooked & turns brown.
Serve warm.
