Baked Trout Recipe
Would you like to try a delicious Baked Trout recipe? This is the best recipe of Fish I have ever made. It is served as a delicious Side Dish. One trial wont be enough for this Baked Trout recipe, I am sure you will be making it again!.
Ingredients
1 x 2-3 lb trout
Salt and pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
Pinch of dried sage or 2 fresh leaves
Pinch of thyme or 1 fresh sprig
2-3 rashers bacon
Directions
Clean the trout and place salt and pepper, onion, sage and thyme inside cavity.
Arrange bacon rashers over the fish and place on a large piece of greased, doubled aluminium foil.
Wrap fish securely and cook on barbecue over medium hot coals for approximately 1-1 1/4 hours or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Turn occasionally while cooking.
