Baked Torsk Recipe
This Baked Torsk will mesmerize any eater, be it fussy or easy. I am certain we both will agree that this Baked Torsk is very scrumptious.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds torsk, cut in serving pieces
salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 can (4-ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Directions
Place torsk in (12 x 8-inch) baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine butter, green pepper and mushrooms.
Pour over fish.
Cover.
Microwave 4 to 5 minutes on HIGH, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon and lime wedges, if desired.
