Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. In a baking dish, add butter and seasoning mix. Place the tilapia fillets and marinate well.
MAKING
2. Place tortillas over the tilapia and cover with a lid. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
SERVING
3. Serve the Baked Tilapia with mushroom soup and salad.
FOR SALAD
MAKING
1. In a bowl, add apple, carrot, celery, nuts, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Toss well.
SERVING
2. Serve the Salad with Baked Tilapia and enjoy the dinner!

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat olive oil. Saute garlic, onion and jalapeno.
2. Stir in the mushrooms. Pour in the milk and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Season with salt, black pepper and herbs.
SERVING
4. Serve the warm Mushroom Soup with baked tilapia and salad.
