Baked Swiss Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 egg yolks, fork beaten | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 8 Ounce, finely shredded | |
| 1 cup 1/4 in. soft bread cubes | ||
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1/4, cup snipped parsley | ||
| Egg whites | 4 | |
| Ground nutmeg | ||
Directions
Blend a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper into hot butter in a saucepan.
Heat until bubbly.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Bring to boiling; boil 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Blend a small amount of sauce into egg yolks; stir into remaining sauce.
Mix in the cheese.
Add bread cubes, onion, garlic, and parsley; mix thoroughly.
Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry, peaks are formed.
Gently fold with cheese mixture.
Turn into a buttered 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake at 325°F 40 to 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
