Baked Swiss Cheese Fondue Recipe
|Black pepper||1 Pinch|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||4 , fork beaten|
|Swiss cheese||8 Ounce, finely shredded|
|Soft bread cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 1/4 Inch)|
|Grated onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|

Heat until bubbly.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Bring to boiling; boil 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Blend a small amount of sauce into egg yolks; stir into remaining sauce.
Mix in the cheese.
Add bread cubes, onion, garlic, and parsley; mix thoroughly.
Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry, peaks are formed.
Gently fold with cheese mixture.
Turn into a buttered 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake at 325Â°F 40 to 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
