Sweet Potato cut into medium thin pieces - 2 cup
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Dried Oregano leaves - 1 tsp
Directions
1. Pre heat oven to 300 degree F
2. Mix the sweet potato pieces with the rest of the ingredients and spread it on a baking dish
3. Bake for about 20 mins.
Cool for about 5 mins and serve...

I love these-try them with harissa or masala on them! So easy and low fat-just sprayt some olive oil.
They are a favourite. I made them with Purple Sweet Potatoes so kewl.
