Baked Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

1 cup coarse bread crumbs
 
1/4 cup chopped celery
 
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/8 teaspoon paprika
 
1/4 cup milk
 
4 pork chops
 
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
 
1/3 soup can milk

Directions

Combine the bread crumbs, celery, onion, parsley, salt and paprika in a bowl and mix well.
Moisten with the 1/4 cup milk.
Make a horizontal cut into each pork chop to the bone.
Fill each cavity with the bread crumb mixture and secure the edges with wooden picks.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet and brown the chops slightly on both sides.
Place the chops in an 8x12 inch baking dish.
Blend the cream of mushroom soup and the 1/3 soup can milk and drizzle over the chops.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour.

Did I miss something, or did this recipe NOT state the oven temp? I just finished all the other steps and realized that I did not see at what temperature the oven should be set. I'm going to guess 350...Help!
