 Rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground chuck2 Pound
 Onion1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
 Chopped onion1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Black pepper1 Small
 Parsley1 Teaspoon
 Tomato sauce4 Can (40 oz)
 Peppers To Taste


Step1-Cut peppers in half - lengthwise

Step2- Combine chopped meat, onion, egg, salt and pepper, parsley, cooked rice, and 1 can of tomato sauce.

Step3- Pile lightly into peppers.

Step4-Pour remaining 3 cans tomato sauce over peppers.

Step5-Place in oblong glass baking pan. Cover with tinfoil.

Step6-Set oven at 375 degrees Fareinhite and bake 65 minutes
