Directions
For stuffing, brown onion and celery in butter or margarine.
Add bread crumbs, salt, few grains pepper and thyme, and moisten with a little milk.
Place heaping spoonful of stuffing on each fillet; roll fillet and secure with skewer.
Brush with lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in greased shallow pan, uncovered, at 375 °F. 30 40 minutes or until tender.
