Baked Stuffed Cucumbers Recipe
Baked stuffed cucumbers are a great side dish to serve with a variety of meat and vegetable dishes. These cucumbers can be served with French dressing as a snack.
Ingredients
Cucumbers-3 medium
Baked salmon-1 cup
White sauce-1/2 cup
Celery-1/3 cup, chopped
Parsley-1 tablespoon, chopped
Green pepper-1 tablespoon, chopped
Onion-1 tablespoon, chopped
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Pare cucumbers and slice half lengthwise.
2)Remove seeds and pulp, discard.
MAKING
3) Take a saucepan and boil cucumbers with some salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
4)In a bowl, mix together salmon, white sauce, celery, parsley, green pepper and onion.
5)Fill cucumber cavities with mixture.
6)Take greased shallow baking dish and arrange cucumbers.
7)Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
SERVING
8) Serve baked stuffed cucumber immediately.
