Baked Squash With Orange Recipe
Ingredients
2 pkg. (12 oz. each) frozen cooked squash
2 eggs, slightly beaten
6 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/3 cup (8 crackers) saltine cracker crumbs
Directions
Cook squash as directed on package.
Stir in egg, marmalade and lemon juice.
Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Combine butter and crumbs; sprinkle over squash.
Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.
