Baked Squash (Green) Recipe

Here is a great Baked Squash recipe. I made this for my grandfather last week and he absolutely relished it! A simple recipe that is quick. Filled with the goodness of squash, the parsley adds great taste and the breadcrumbs gives it a wonderful consistency.
