Baked Squash Recipe
Ingredients
| Acorn squash | 2 Medium | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 4 to 8 slices crisp cooked bacon | ||
Directions
Cut the squash in half crosswise and scoop out the seeds and fibers.
Place a tablespoon of butter in the cavity of each and top with crumbled bacon.
Seal individually in heavy duty aluminum foil.
Goes well with any roast as a starch vegetable.
