Directions

Cut the spinach into big pieces. Add 1/2 teacup of water and a pinch of soda bi-carb and cook.
When cooked, drain it and blend in a liquidiser.
Put the ghee in a vessel and fry the onion for a little time. Add the chillies and cook again for 1 minute.
Add the spinach liquid, cream, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Mix the spaghetti with the white sauce and add salt and pepper and half of the cheese.
Grease a baking dish and spread the spinach at the bottom. Cover the spinach with spaghetti and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Put a few dots of butter on the cheese.
Bake in a hot oven at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
