Baked Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Side spareribs | 2 (1 1/2 pounds each) | |
| Bread stuffing | (as required) | |
| Salad oil | (as required) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces, 5-6 ribs each.
Spread well-seasoned stuffing over each piece; roll up, and tie with string.
Brush with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in shallow roasting pan at 325°F. 1 1/2-2 hours.
Note: Spareribs may be cooked for carving at the table.
Place 1 long piece hollow side up, and spread with stuffing.
Cover with second piece, hollow side down, and skewer or tie ribs together.
