Baked Soybeans Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow soybeans- 2 cups | ||
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Molasses | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Fat salt pork- 1/4 pound | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by soaking the beans for 12 hours
MAKING
2.Then heat the beans to boiling and simmer until tender
3.Unless the beans are tender before they are baked, they will not be good
4.Prepare as directed for baked beans.
5.Eight to ten hours will be required to bake them
SERVING
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice
