2 lb. sole fillets
3 c. thinly sliced cooked potatoes
1 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. grated onion Grated parsley
Directions
Skin fillets; cut into serving portions.
Arrange potatoes in greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Drain mushrooms; spread over potatoes.
Combine paprika, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle half the seasoning over potatoes and mushrooms.
Combine sour cream, wine, flour and onion.
Spread half the sour cream mixture over mushrooms.
Top with fillets.
Sprinkle fillets with remaining seasoning; spread with remaining sour cream mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
