Tomato And Parmesan Baked Salmon Recipe
This baked salmon dish combines a whole lot of flavors and tastes within itself. Tomatoes, herbs and parmesan cheese all in one. I am sure by now you can imagine the great tastes that would bring to your table.

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper (crushed) – 1 tsp
Parmesan cheese – 2-3 tbsp
Directions
Take a saucepan and pour into it the diced tomatoes. Add in the Italian seasoning, salt and crushed pepper. Crush the tomatoes and boil for 5-7 minutes till it reduces slightly. Add in the parmesan cheese and blend well.
Take a baking dish, and lay out the salmon fillets. Pour the tomato mixture over this. Bake in a pre-heated oven (375 degrees) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
