Baked Rice and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne- to taste | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crumbs- as required | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a greased baking dish, arrange layer of cooked rice and cover with a layer of grated cheese
3.Season with salt and cayenne
4.Continue adding layers until the dish is almost full
5.Add enough milk to come half way to top of rice
6.Cover with crumbs, dot with butter and bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes
SERVING
7.Serve with a sauce of your choice
