Baked Stuffed Red Snapper Recipe
Baked Red Snapper is a mouth watering side dish. An easy to prepare seafood recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
Ingredients
| 1 (5-pound) cleaned, boned red snapper | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Shrimp | 1 pound, boiled | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Anchovy paste | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Paprika | ||
| Sherry | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Wash and drain fish; rub with salt.
Put shrimp through grinder or chop in food processor.
Beat egg and half the cream together.
Mix shrimp and anchovy paste; season with pepper, salt, and paprika.
Stir into egg and cream.
Add sherry; mix to smooth paste.
Place stuffing inside fish; sew together with twine or fasten with kitchen skewers.
Place in baking dish; pour over remaining 1/2 cup cream.
Bake in 350°F oven until done, about 4 hours.
