Baked Red Snapper And Shrimps Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup small shrimp, fresh or tinned
2 tablespoons butter
1 2 pound red snapper, washed
Salt and peppered
1 tomato, quartered
1 cup dry white wine
Directions
In a frying pan saute onion, pepper, garlic and shrimp in butter; remove from heat.
Line bottom and sides of a casserole with foil wrap.
Place snapper in lined dish, arrange tomatoes around fish; spoon shrimp mixture over fish.
Pour wine over all. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
