Baked Pumpkin Recipe

Pumpkin
 
Sugar
 
Salt
 
Butter - 2 tbsp
 
Cinnamon – 1 stick

Directions

MAKING
1) Slice the pumpkin into large slices, keeping on the peel.
2) In an ovenproof dish, heat butter.
3) Add in the pumpkin, turning to coat well with the butter.
4) Sprinkle over with sugar and salt.
5) Add in the cinnamon.
6) Place in the oven and bake till tender, basting occasionally.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
