Ingredients

 Pork tenderloin cutlets/Pork tenderloin slices6 (About 1 Inch Thick)
 Fat2 Tablespoon
 Onion1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm)
 Green pepper To Taste, chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Canned kidney beans3
 Frozen lima beans12 Ounce (Thawed)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Tomato ketchup1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F

MAKING
2) In a frying pan, pour in the fat and fry the cutlets till browned well
3) Remove the cutlets and sauté the onion and garlic in the remaining fat till soft and tender
4) Remove the garlic and discard it
5) Mix the onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, chili powder and the kidney beans
6) Place them in a 3 quart shallow greased casserole
7) Layer the lima beans atop
8) Pour the lemon juice on top the lima beans
9) Then pour in the tomato ketchup
10) Cover the casserole with a lid
11) Bake in the oven at 350F for 35 minutes
12) Take off the cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes

SERVING
13) Serve the casserole warm
