Baked Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole pork tenderloins | 2 (1/2-3/4 pound each) | |
| Bread (or apple) stuffing | (as required) | |
| Bacon strips | 6 |
Directions
Split tenderloins lengthwise.
Cover 2 pieces with stuffing.
Top each with remaining pieces; fasten together with skewers or string.
Place bacon over top.
Roast on rack in shallow pan in center of moderate oven, 325°F., 1 1/4â€â€1 1/2 hours.
