Baked Pork Chops With Apple Rings Recipe

| 4 tart apples, cored and cut in rings | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Seedless raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Brown chops in hot fat; sprinkle with sage and salt.
Place in baking dish; top with apple rings.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Add flour to fat in skillet; blend.
Add water and vinegar; cook till thick.
Add raisins; pour over chops.
Bake, uncovered, in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
