Baked Plantains Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 medium plantains, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices | ||
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons unsalted margarine, softened | ||
Directions
Arrange sliced plantains in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with sherry, curry powder, and cinnamon.
Dot with margarine.
Cover and bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake on additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
