Ingredients

 Pineapple chunks2 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Cheddar Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Pineapple juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raw honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sea salt1/8 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour made into a smooth paste with
 2 tablespoons of the above juice
 Whole wheat bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix the pineapple and cheese in a 2 quart casserole.
Mix the juice, honey, salt, and flour mixture in a saucepan.
Stir and heat just until well blended.
Pour over the pineapple and cheese.
Top with bread crumbs.
Dot the crumbs with butter.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 Degree.
Serve baked pineapple with vegetable or grain dishes or try it as an unusual dessert.
