Baked Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Pineapple juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raw honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sea salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour made into a smooth paste with | ||
| 2 tablespoons of the above juice | ||
| Whole wheat bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix the pineapple and cheese in a 2 quart casserole.
Mix the juice, honey, salt, and flour mixture in a saucepan.
Stir and heat just until well blended.
Pour over the pineapple and cheese.
Top with bread crumbs.
Dot the crumbs with butter.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 Degree.
Serve baked pineapple with vegetable or grain dishes or try it as an unusual dessert.
