Baked Orange-glazed Ham Recipe

Ingredients
1 boned ready-to-eat ham, 6-8 pounds
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons grated orange rind
2 (6-ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate 1 /2 cup icing sugar
Directions
Place ham, fat side up, in roasting pan.
Mix mustard with 1 tablespoon orange rind, and rub over ham.
Spoon 1 can orange juice concentrate over top of ham.
Bake in slow oven, 300 °F. 25 minutes per pound.
If dripping should brown, add small amount water.
During last 1/2 hour of baking, baste with remaining can of orange juice and pan drippings.
Sprinkle with remaining orange rind, and, just before removing from oven, sprinkle on icing sugar.
Turn oven heat to 475° F., and glaze top of ham about 20 minutes.
Serves 8â€â€10 with some left over.
