Baked Onions And Bulgur With Raisins Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups chopped onions
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup bulgur
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups unsalted beef stock, chicken stock, or vegetable stock
1/4 cup raisins
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°E.
Saute onions in butter a few minutes.
Add bulgur, coriander, cinnamon, and garlic and saute several minutes longer.
Stir in stock, raisins, and pepper, turn into a buttered ovenproof casserole, and bake 30 minutes.
