Baked Omelette Oriental Recipe
Baked Omelet Oriental is omelet with an oriental twist. This is the favorite among my peers and they make me to prepare this whenver there is a special occasion. Just give this rich tasting Baked Omelet Oriental a try, you peers too will love it.
Ingredients
Shrimp Filling
Mustard Sauce
6 eggs, separated
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Prepare Filling and Sauce before preparing omelet.
In mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In small bowl, beat egg yolks, salt and water.
Fold into beaten whites.
Preheat oven to 350° F Heat butter in 10 inch ovenproof fry pan until sizzling, tilting to coat pan.
Add egg mixture; spread over entire pan.
Cook over medium heat until bottom is lightly browned.
Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until top is dry and puffy.
Loosen edge; mark fold.
Spoon Filling over half of omelet; fold over.
Lift gently out of pan.
Serve immediately with Mustard Sauce.
