| Dried chili pepper/1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes | 1 Small | |
| Olive oil | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Tuck garlic, rosemary, thyme and chili pepper around olives.
Pour olive oil over all. (Oil will not completely cover the olives.)
Bake in a preheated 325-degree oven 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let cool.
Serve at room temperature.
