Baked Mushroom Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Pound, sliced | |
| 1/4, c butter | ||
| Eggs | 8 Small, beaten | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Rosemary | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Combine with remaining ingredients and turn into a buttered baking pan, 7x11-inches.
Bake at 325° F for 15 minutes or just until eggs are set
