Baked Manicotti Recipe
This Baked Manicotti recipe is my favorite . Baked Manicotti is not only tasty but also very nutritious. So if you have good taste and also care about your health , you must try this Baked Manicotti recipe.
Ingredients
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. shredded mozzarella
3/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (reserve 1/2 c.)
4 eggs
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
2 jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite flavor)
2 pkg. manicotti
Directions
Step1-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step2-Combine ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well.
Step3-Pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce into 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
Step4-Fill manicotti with 6 tablespoons of cheese mixture and arrange over sauce.
Step5-Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese.
Step6-Bake until bubbly about 45-50 minutes.
